Terms of Service

By accessing or using the OnePlug EV website (oneplugev.com), mobile application, or any of our EV charging services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

OnePlug EV is operated by Addren Energy Pvt Ltd, a company registered under the laws of India. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Addren Energy Pvt Ltd.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

OnePlug provides electric vehicle (EV) charging services through a network of DC fast charging stations located across Tamil Nadu and Kerala, India. Our Services include:

- Access to CCS2 DC fast charging stations (30kW, 60kW, and 120kW). - The OnePlug mobile application for locating stations, initiating and monitoring charging sessions, and processing payments. - The OnePlug website for station information, account management, and general service information. - Customer support for charging-related queries and issues.

We strive to maintain our charging stations in good working condition and available 24/7. However, stations may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, power outages, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular station.

To use certain features of our Services, you must create a user account. When creating an account, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information. - Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others. - Promptly update your account information if it changes. - Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. - Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

When using our charging stations, you agree to the following:

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is compatible with our CCS2 charging connectors before initiating a session. OnePlug is not liable for any damage caused by using incompatible vehicles or adapters.

You must follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines at charging stations. Do not tamper with, damage, or misuse charging equipment. Report any equipment issues through the app or by contacting support.

Vehicles should only occupy charging bays while actively charging. Once your charging session is complete, please move your vehicle promptly to allow other users access to the station.

You are responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle at charging stations. Do not leave children or pets unattended in vehicles during charging. Follow all fire safety and electrical safety guidelines posted at stations.

You are responsible for any damage to OnePlug equipment caused by your negligence or misuse. OnePlug may charge you for repair or replacement costs.

By using our charging services, you agree to the following payment terms:

- Charging fees are calculated based on energy consumed (per kWh) at the rate displayed on the app and at the station at the time of your session. - Rates may vary by station location, charger type, and time. The applicable rate is always displayed before you start a session. - Payment is due upon completion of each charging session and will be processed automatically through your selected payment method. - We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and wallet payments through the OnePlug app. - All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. - In case of payment failure, we reserve the right to restrict access to our Services until outstanding amounts are settled. - Refunds for disputed charges will be processed within 7-10 business days after investigation and approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

- OnePlug provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. - We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. - OnePlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. - Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to OnePlug in the 12 months preceding the claim. - We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle resulting from power fluctuations, electrical surges, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. - We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content accessed through our platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, the OnePlug brand, and the OnePlug CMS platform - are the exclusive property of Addren Energy Pvt Ltd and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services. - Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software. - Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent. - Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our Services without permission. - Use our Services to develop competing products or services.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our discretion if:

- You violate these Terms or any applicable laws. - You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour. - You fail to pay for charging services rendered. - You damage or tamper with charging equipment. - Your account has been inactive for an extended period. - We discontinue or materially modify our Services.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@oneplugev.com. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations remain due. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at help@oneplugev.com. We will endeavour to resolve complaints and disputes within 30 days. If an informal resolution is not possible, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.
